Anti-Slavery Policy
The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 applies to companies of all sizes - it is illegal for any company to employ slaves. Even if a Companys turnover is less than the £36m reporting threshold, they are still expected to have taken steps to address modern slavery. Modern slavery particularly affects low-pay, low-skill workers and is especially prevalent in some areas of the world.
As a Recruitment Company, we are committed to combating modern slavery, and we require our employees to be aware of the Modern Slavery Act in recruiting candidates.
