Additional Services

Through our company, 121 Payroll, we can provide specialist outsourced payroll services to our clients, helping you save time and money. If you wish to add this as an additional service, we can offer an excellent bundle for your business.

Our Process

After getting to know your business, we will tailor our approach to ensure a smooth transition of your staff over to our management systems. Our expert consultants have spent years developing our proven process by applying their knowledge and experience to ensure we fulfil your specific business needs and exceed expectations. We aim to provide excellent and accommodating customer service from our very first introductions and promise to build your trust and confidence while we handle your back office operations.

REGISTRATION

For any existing staff you would like us to manage, we require the registration documents and personal information you have on file. 

For any new starting operatives, we require the Full name, Phone Number, Trade & Pay Rate so we can get them registered and sent to your chosen payroll company to be added to their register. We require this information at least a week before their payment is due.

COMPLIANCE CHECKS

We will liaise with your HR Department to confirm you have all the relevant documentation to ensure the worker is fully compliant. If they are new to being registered, we will handle their registration and carry out extensive right-to-work and document checks.

TIMESHEETS

We ask that timesheets be returned to us by Monday each week. On Tuesdays, we send your selected staff their received hours and ask that they raise any queries regarding hours by the close of business. We aim to have all queries resolved and hours confirmed by Wednesday of each week.

PAYROLL

We will produce a payroll report using the signed timesheets and send the report to you for approval before submitting it to your chosen payroll company.
